Join Heritage Seaweed owner Josh Rogers (that's me!) for this free video chat series. Each week, I'll present a 5-minute talk on a different topic, then open it up to questions and group discussion (I want to learn from you too). There's no need to have attended previous sessions. Open to everyone from complete novices to seaweed experts.
THIS WEEK: Let's start by getting acquainted with six of the most common edible species: Wakame, kombu, nori, dulse, Irish moss and sea lettuce. I'll explain the basic differences in taste and culinary uses.
