This pair of traditional chopsticks, with matching wood holder, have been carefully handcrafted for your eating enjoyment. They measure 10-1/2” in length (266.7mm) in the Japanese style with an octagonal tapper of 1/8” (3mm). Each set comes with a wooden chopstick rest.
Part of what makes this custom made chopstick set special is not only the brass inlay, but the facet cut octagonal tapper along with a chamfer cut diamond finial. The diamond finial is a symbol of wishing future prosperity.
Made from domestic hardwood, each chopstick has been skillfully cut to show the wood's natural beauty. This set has been carefully made in a small home-based woodworking studio, so each set is truly one-of-a-kind, with variations in wood color and grain pattern.
Available in cherry, walnut or maple. The chopsticks are finely sanded to a satin smooth surface and finished with a natural food-safe salad bowl oil.
Handmade in Brunswick, Maine by Jason Weymouth of Carved Wooden Spoons.
