The highest quality blades were then selected and hand-trimmed for this small-batch limited edition offering. Dry aging this live-enzyme food allows the flavors to mature overe time. As a result, you may notice the surface of the kombu is often crusted with naturally occurring salts, sugars, minerals and other flavor compounds — ready to add a complex, aromatic coastal flavor to your spirit, cocktail or mocktail.

- 1 strip Time & Tide kombu
- 3 oz tonic water
- 1 lime wedge
