Sweet Heat is partial to Tequila or Rum.
Infuse your spirits without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. With Vena's Infusion Jars, you've got a delicious pre-mixed recipe using freeze dried fruits, herbs, and bitter infused sugar cubes to flavor your alcohol. It's all in the jar; all you have to do is add the alcohol.
- INGREDIENTS: strawberry, jalapeño pepper, lemon, lime powder, organic cane and/or coconut sugar
- THE FAST WAY: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on stove and bring just to a boil. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain and enjoy!
- THE SLOW WAY: Add suggested alcohol to your jar and let it steep for 5-7 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain and enjoy!
