Ocean's Balance Seaweed Sprinkles are based on the traditional Japanese rice seasoning furikake, which means "sprinkle over." These all-natural condiments are made of organic seaweed, sesame seeds, sugar and salt and come in 3 delicious flavors:
- Spicy (fiery cayenne pepper)
- Bonito (delicate, dried tuna flakes)
- Shitake (an earthy, meaty mushroom)
Try some on top of avocado toast, grilled fish, tomato salad, polenta, rice, or roll them on sushi or goat cheese for an added salty/sweet flavor boost. Before you know it, you'll be adding them to other things too. As we tell folks in the shop: "They make everything better."
